Ongoing practice in presence, self-awareness, and relational contact
The Awareness Course
The Awareness Course is a monthly program designed for people interested in staying connected to how they move through life, in thought, in feeling, in action, and in relationship.
It offers a steady structure for engaging with experience as it unfolds. Each month brings a different theme drawn from everyday life, supported by clear written reflections, live sessions, and simple, embodied practices.
The course is grounded in presence and observation. It supports people who are curious about how they respond, relate, and make meaning in the flow of their daily lives. Some participants arrive with experience in therapy or facilitation. Others are simply drawn to regular, thoughtful reflection.
Start: TBA

Orientation
The Awareness Course is supported by a set of principles that offer structure and consistency:
- Contact and Awareness
Noticing what is happening – in the body, in relationship, and in the wider environment. - Here-and-Now Attention
Staying present with experience as it arises, without needing to shift or explain it. - Curious Inquiry
Following what draws attention with care and interest. - Continuity of Practice
Returning to awareness through repetition, rhythm, and regular engagement. - Support for What’s Here
Making space for experience to be met as it is. - Inner Orientation
Using your own interest and values as a guide for participation.
These principles guide the design and facilitation of the course. They shape how the content is offered and how participants are invited to engage.
The Monthly Themes
Each month focuses on a theme that speaks to a different aspect of everyday experience, such as boundary, timing, permission, attention, care, or transition.
The themes are clear and recognisable. They are not used as lessons or objectives, but as ways to explore how awareness moves through daily life. Themes are supported by writing, practice, and shared reflection, offering multiple ways to engage.
This approach allows for depth without pressure. The process builds over time, with each theme offering a steady point of contact for ongoing observation. While most themes follow a planned rhythm, space is also made each year to include topics that emerge through participant interest and input.

Joining The Awareness Course
You’re welcome to join at any time.
Membership is £25 per month, which includes all content, live sessions, and access to the online community space.
When you join, you begin with the current month’s theme and move forward with the group. This helps create a shared sense of rhythm and allows the process to unfold gradually and intentionally. There’s no need to commit to a set period. The course is designed to be open-ended and flexible. You are free to pause or leave when needed.
If cost is a barrier and the course feels like a good fit, please reach out. A number of reduced-rate places are available, and I will always do my best to accommodate where possible.

A Personal Invitation
The Awareness Course was created for people who value reflection, presence, and the steady unfolding of experience. It supports an ongoing relationship with the self and with the world around you.
In my work with individuals and groups, I’ve seen how helpful it can be to have a place to return to, a regular point of contact that invites attention without urgency. This course offers that structure. It creates a space where experience can be observed, shared, and met over time.
The materials are accessible. The sessions are invitational. The work is shaped by your engagement, your insight, and your pace.
If you’re drawn to paying attention, in your own life, in relationship, and in the wider field you move within, you’re welcome here.
Stephen
