At Self-Led Life, our intention is always to create spaces rooted in care, clarity, and trust. These Terms and Conditions are here to ensure fairness, transparency, and the continued sustainability of the retreats and programmes we offer. If you ever have questions or concerns, Stephen is always available to speak with you directly and explore what might be possible.

1. Payment Terms

Deposit:
Most of our offerings require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your place. This helps cover essential upfront costs and secure your spot.

Balance:
The remaining balance is typically due no later than 60 days before the start of the retreat or programme, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Plans:
Flexible payment plans are available. If you’d benefit from paying in instalments, please reach out – we’re happy to find a solution that works for you and us.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your place, here’s how we generally handle cancellations:

• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date:
  Any payments made will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made between 30–60 days before the start date:
  You will receive a 50% refund of payments made (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations within 30 days of the start date:
  Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered at this stage, as commitments will already be in place.

Extraordinary Circumstances:
If you’re facing unexpected hardship or exceptional circumstances, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Stephen will always do his best to find a kind and fair solution, even outside the terms outlined here.

3. Changes or Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that a retreat or programme must be cancelled or significantly changed due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disaster, political unrest, or illness), we will offer:

• A full refund, minus any non-recoverable costs, or

• The option to transfer your payment to a future offering.

4. Participant Responsibility

By booking a place, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the registration process

• Inform us of any relevant health or accessibility needs in advance

• Engage with the space respectfully and in the spirit of shared growth

6. Flexibility and Support

Each offering is held with care and intention. If you’re unsure about payment, cancellation, or any other details, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do our best to meet you where you are.

These terms are designed not as rigid rules, but as a framework to protect both your investment and the sustainability of this work. We appreciate your understanding and your trust.
