What is The Big Chill?
The Big Chill is a morning of Meditation, Connection and Reflection guided by Kevin Young from
In-Mynd. We will spend the morning engaged in meditation and use the time we have together to deepen our connection to Self.
The Big Chill is taking place on Saturday 30th January 2020 from 9.00am to 12.30pm UK time, and via Zoom.
The morning will be divided into three session, with a short break between each.
Each session will include a reading and a guided meditation and you will finish the event feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed.
The Big Chill is open to everyone and all are welcome. No experience of meditation is required.
